Where is my order and how can I track it?Updated 3 months ago

After placing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your Order # and details. The screenshot below shows an example confirmation email.

The "Check Order Status" button will direct you to the main page where you can track your order's progress.

As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation. This email will contain your tracking information so you can check the exact status of the shipment at any time.
