How do I edit my delivery address within my account?Updated a day ago

Here's how to edit the shipping address we have on file in your account. We recommend updating this address before you place your order at killcliff.com to ensure a smooth delivery!

1. Log in to your account here.

2. For regular customers, select "Edit" to the right of "Shipping Information".

3. On this page, you can add, edit, or delete an address from your account. To avoid mis-shipments to an old or incorrect address, we recommend deleting past addresses & only keeping one address on file at a time.

Be sure to click "Save" button at the bottom to save your changes for future orders.

4. For Wholesale Customers, once logged in, click the address in the top right corner and click "view details"

*Please note* that once an order has received a tracking number, we cannot edit your shipping address.

5. From here, you can click on the pencil icon to edit the billing and/or shipping address as needed.

Note: only the location admin can edit address. If you do not see the edit option, reach out to us or your location admin for help.
